Since joining stockstotrade and paying almost $3,000, I feel like I have not received the kind of support that I expected. When you require support it all has to be through an email and therefore there is always a certain amount of delay in getting your questions answered or issue resolved. Before joining I made it very clear that I was not very computer savvy and was told they would assist me, but that assistance has been hard to come by. Very early on I felt they were more interested in selling memberships than they were in actually helping me to be successful.
