Expecting a long, drawn-out lecture and order process, I was surprised at STT's informative, yet compact, sales narrative. That was very much appreciated. Even so, a great deal of pertinent info was passed & I was glad to get it.
The order process was easy to complete, though I was not crazy about the repeat process used to attempt to up-sell me. I think the "Best Buy" selection was exactly what I needed.
