Ok full disclosure, I have not received my online purchase yet. I just ordered it today. BUT I entered the wrong shipping information when I placed my order, and was disappointed to call and find out their phone lines are not available for customer service. I quickly emailed their online customer service, and the rep assigned to me, Stephanie, got back to me within 5 minutes!! I am just very impressed at how quickly they handled my request.
