Extremely Poor Customer Service

I ordered several items during a sale, but it took over two weeks to arrive and required multiple follow-ups to track it down. The items arrived damaged, and despite numerous attempts to reach out for help, I received little assistance. The only response directed me to a store for a refund, which is inconvenient since I live far away. I'm very disappointed and will not be shopping with this company again.

Frustrating Experience with Customer Service

The customer service and management at the company are disappointing. Items advertised were unavailable in stores, and my attempts to contact the head office about this issue were unsuccessful. The phone number was out of service, and online chat didn't work either. Their email system is questionable, and overall, my experience has been very negative.
