Stokes as a retailer has great products but customer service is entirely another matter. I have currently been emailing Melyssa at their customer service for online orders.The product I purchased had a $10.01 price drop which we sorted out but my refund does NOT include HST paid on purchase. It's not a large amount to be ripped off for but the snarky attitude is not necessary.$10.01 + Hst $1.30 = $11.31with my math comprehension. Not $10.01The following is Melyssa's replyMelyssa (Stokes)"The price difference was 10.00$ the HST would be applied on both purchases regardless of the cost of the item.Therefore the system allowed a refund of 10.01$ ( 10.00$ ) for your price adjusment.Thank you for your comprehension"Melyssa This is not the kind of attitude I expected from someone representing Stokes.
