I have no issue with the products Stokes sells or their stores, but I will never order anything online from them again. It started with unacceptable delays in processing my order (not shipping), which was placed in plenty of time to get by Christmas. Emails and phone calls went unanswered. Eventually, my package arrived after Christmas but one item was missing. While I was not charged for this item, it is still showing as shipped on my account and Stokes has not responded to my email asking if it would be shipped in the future. My daughter had similar experience with items arriving broken and no response from Stokes to her emails. Now you can't even leave a message on their customer service line! Yet they keep sending advertising emails and showing up in my FB feed. They clearly do not have the capacity to process the volume of orders received and their customer service is almost non-existant. Save yourself the aggravation - if you like their products, only buy in person at one of their stores.
