Same issue my items all arrived damage and chipped last Dec 28,2020. Butter dishes and serving trays. One order was also sent as an open box, screws are missing and chipped on plate, so I assumed this was a return before and this is what they sent me. I have sent them my first email on dec 28 No reply, then follow up Jan 8, 2021, Jan 13, 2021, Jan 17, 2021, still no reply.And now I am so dissapointed, no call center to call too. Not even sure anymore how can this get thru them.
