Parts missing from the Tripp Trapp chair. Customer service are hard to get hold of, you cannot call them and it’s all done via emails. Been trying for over a week to get the parts posted to me. For a product that costs a lot of money I would have expected customer service to be top tier. Update : Still not received the missing parts and it’s been nearly 3 weeksUpdate 2 : 14th July and still not received parts, Stokke have apparently sent the parts out again.Update 3 : received parts 18th July - so took nearly a month to resolve a very small issue
