Absolutely the worst baby stroller I have ever bought.

This stroller is truly the most disappointing baby product I have ever invested in. I genuinely wish I could return it for a full refund. My baby is never in a proper position; she always ends up crooked and tilted in an uncomfortable and unsafe manner. No adjustments seem to help. For a product meant for infants, this is simply unacceptable. The folding mechanism, which is claimed to be its main feature, is completely misleading. I cannot fold this stroller at all. Not once without struggling. I've found myself alone with my baby in public, desperately trying to close it while others try to assist — and they struggle just as much. Every time. It’s stressful, embarrassing, and utterly impractical. Rather than simplifying outings, this stroller has complicated every single trip with my children. Given the price, such poor design is unacceptable. This product is overrated, poorly constructed, and not at all user-friendly for parents. I am extremely let down and expect the company to acknowledge this issue. Avoid this stroller at all costs.

Very dissatisfied

I am very dissatisfied. I am still waiting for my chair, which I paid for delivery to arrive by December 27, 2025. That date has come and gone without any updates from the support team or the carrier. If my order is not delivered by the end of this week and a satisfactory resolution is not provided, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue and file a formal complaint with the consumer protection authorities.

Deeply dissatisfied with the service.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the service. I am still waiting for my chair, which I paid to have delivered by December 27, 2025. That date has long passed, and I haven’t received any updates from the support team or the carrier. If my order isn’t delivered by the end of this week and I don’t receive a satisfactory resolution, I will have to escalate this issue and file a formal complaint with the consumer protection authorities.

Stylish and sturdy design

Well constructed, easy to assemble, and very safe for babies with all rounded edges. It also looks great. One suggestion would be to make the 'seat belt' straps adjustable or removable, as they are unnecessary for older toddlers and can be cumbersome.

We purchased a high chair and…

We purchased a high chair and baby set for our 6-month-old. Initially, I was disappointed to hear that the chair was out of stock and delivery might be delayed, but we were happily surprised to receive it soon after. The chair is fantastic and offers excellent support for a little one who has just learned to sit. He loves it, and it’s very easy to clean up after him.

Communication issues

The phone line is currently down. Customer service is not aligned with logistics and provides inaccurate information. There seems to be a lack of understanding, and the representatives appear to only follow a script, despite the human errors involved.
