I placed an order for a bassinet but never received a confirmation email. It’s supposed to arrive today (based on the estimation when I did the purchase), yet I haven’t received any updates about shipping or delivery.
I tried contacting customer service by email, but they simply told me to use the website instead. On the site, I was only able to speak with an unhelpful chatbot that didn’t resolve anything.
I’m currently at the maternity ward and have no idea if or when I’m going to receive the product. The lack of communication and proper customer support is extremely frustrating.
