I made the order and a few days later…

I made the order and a few days later they send me an email saying that there was no item, I reply saying that they should send me another one instead, and they reply that they had already sent the order, without that item. 4 days ago DHL sent me an email, the transport company saying that the order was delivered to me, and I still haven't received it, and I don't know when it will arrive.I hope that you please talk to the transport company, and receive my order as soon as possible.Regards, Maritxu
