STAY AWAY!!!!!!! Absolutely appalling service. On the day of completion for our new home, the company shockingly announced they would no longer cover the stamp duty as initially promised, which was a major factor in our decision to purchase from them. We were left in a position where we had to scramble for £27k from family to avoid losing over £6k in fees. The company showed no concern for our situation and behaved unprofessionally. Save yourself the trouble and choose another seller.
