I have two accounts that hold substantial balances: Account 1 – Approximately USD 97,634 Account 2 – Approximately USD 151,669 However, the company has: Disabled both accounts without any explanation Blocked withdrawals for nearly a month Ignored all emails and follow-ups Failed to provide any evidence, timeline, or accountability This entire situation has led to immense frustration and stress. When a broker claims to be regulated yet refuses to communicate for weeks, it raises serious trust issues regarding the management of clients' funds. A reputable financial service should never leave clients without answers, especially when significant balances are at stake. Transparency and accountability are fundamental expectations — yet the company has demonstrated a lack of both. I am sharing this review to caution others and to encourage the company to take responsibility and release the funds they are holding.
