What’s even more troubling is that their support team never responds to my reviews or provides any clear updates. A regulated broker should not withhold client funds for weeks without transparency. The lack of communication from the company has caused significant stress, uncertainty, and a loss of trust. It's important for others to know that the service is not processing withdrawals and is unresponsive to clients—not even on review platforms. I hope they return my full funds soon, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing.

I am sharing this review to caution others and to encourage the company to take responsibility and release the funds they are holding.
