They do not stand by their policies. I ordered the Cali model mailbox and it arrived damaged. Their policy states and I quote rest assured restocking or reshipping fees for damaged items will not be charged to the customer. They claim to offer replacements but when asked to replace a damaged mailbox they give you the runaround. I have been emailing back and forth with a rep name. J. O and he was only able to offer me up to 20% partial refund for the damage. I kept telling him that I would like the mailbox replaced due the fact it is very expensive and I was expecting perfect mailbox. He claimed the damage was minimal but the mailbox arrived. Split at one seam. A bunch of dents and scratches. I sent them the surveillance video of the FedEx driver slamming the box my stoop. I sent them everything they needed in terms of evidence and they weren't willing replace my mailbox. I had to dispute the charge.
