Completely dissatisfied.

Ordered a week ago and still no update of shipping. I have reached out to their costumer service department, with no response. Found a number for the company and it was a personal number. Total scam. I will give until Monday for a response or will report as a scam.

This delivery box is perfect. It’s big enough for multiple packages, easy to use, and keeps everything dry. Even my UPS guy complimented it lol. 10/10 would buy again.

Damaged Product, Poor Customer Service – Avoid

I ordered a mailbox from Stonemore Home that arrived damaged and visibly flawed — including dents, uneven powder coating, and a warped side panel. I submitted a return request the same day it was delivered, well within their 48-hour damage reporting window. Despite this, the company refused to offer a full refund and instead kept offering partial refunds (10%, 15%, then 20%) along with suggestions to repair the brand-new item with touch-up paint.I made repeated, polite attempts to resolve the issue and return the product, but Stonemore Home refused to honor their own return policy and never provided a prepaid return label or proper instructions. I ultimately had to dispute the charge through my credit card company.Their products may look good online, but if anything goes wrong, don’t expect them to stand behind it. Extremely disappointing experience — I won’t be ordering from them again.

They do not stand by their policies

They do not stand by their policies. I ordered the Cali model mailbox and it arrived damaged. Their policy states and I quote rest assured restocking or reshipping fees for damaged items will not be charged to the customer. They claim to offer replacements but when asked to replace a damaged mailbox they give you the runaround. I have been emailing back and forth with a rep name. J. O and he was only able to offer me up to 20% partial refund for the damage. I kept telling him that I would like the mailbox replaced due the fact it is very expensive and I was expecting perfect mailbox. He claimed the damage was minimal but the mailbox arrived. Split at one seam. A bunch of dents and scratches. I sent them the surveillance video of the FedEx driver slamming the box my stoop. I sent them everything they needed in terms of evidence and they weren't willing replace my mailbox. I had to dispute the charge.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We purchased a large parcel/mailbox with expedited shipping and never received it. We paid a lot of money for nothing. I looked up the address they have listed on the website and contacted that location and was told there is no such business there. So I guess we were scammed. I will be reporting to the police.

I have security cameras

I have security cameras, a gate, and now this secure parcel box to complete the setup. No more random boxes sitting in front of my house. It blends in well and feels like a proper upgrade to my home.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! The product itself is good. However, the customer service is nonexistent. They over promise and under deliver. When I ordered the mailbox it stated it would be there in two days. However, I didn’t receive my mailbox until over 2 months later. They stated that I would receive the mailbox, two keys, and an e-book for installation. When the mailbox arrived, there was no ebook and only one key. The red flag for outgoing mail was also missing.When I contacted Customer Service via email (there is no contact phone number) I was asked a bunch of questions about how my package arrived and what was on the box. It’s almost like they’re using a third-party distributor and have no idea what’s in the box. They stated it was promotional to get two keys, which is a joke and a lie. They emailed me the e-book and told me they didn’t have any red flags in the warehouse. I have now had the mailbox installed for 2 1/2 weeks and still haven’t received a red flag. Numerous emails have been sent to which they keep making excuses and don’t send a flag. Now checking their reviews, you can tell they are fake. All of the reviews are by anonymous users. They also offer you $100 back on your mailbox if you write a five star review with a video on how to use their product. I highly regret purchasing from them.

I work remotely and get a lot of packages. This box has been super convenient. It’s easy to access, holds all my deliveries, and keeps them dry. No complaints here. It’s also surprisingly spacious, which was a pleasant surprise.
