When our package finally arrive, it took quite a while because of the holidays, it wasn’t what we expected due to the new coloring of the camo my husband picked. I email customer support about the shipping issue and Eric emailed me back in about an hour. I had to email him back once we got the package due to the fact that my husband couldn’t wear the gear due to it being too small, even though we bought 1 size larger than his normal size. Eric emailed me back and was very informative about the color change and how the gear should fit. I was very impressed with the way this situation was handled and the very transparency that we were given and options to help rectify the situation. I would give Eric 100 stars if I could! Best experience with customer service representative I have had.
