Ordered jacket and pants. Lost in shipping supposedly. Contacted them and said they would send another one. Web site is nice and has pictures and design that would leave you believing you are dealing with a reputable company, especially since they claim to be usa based. They are not. Product came from China. It was void of any labels except for the size tag that said 3x. I normally wear a xl so I ordered a 2x based on size feedback. Not a big deal except it was, at best, a medium to large size. I can't wear it. Material quality was ok but sewing was poor. Threads hanging off everywhere. Pants pockets are very shallow. Nothing about this is OK and exchange or return is not possible without a nightmare of logistics and cost to get it back to somewhere in the world, location unknown. Two stars only because they replaced the lost one. Since everything else is misleading and dishonest, my guess is the lost item story was an attempt to buy a good review. Homey dont play dat.

Drop-ship company. Address in Casper Wyoming USA is NOT the production or warehouse location. FAQ page originally stated, "We ship from the nearest partner warehouse (US, UK, EU, or international) based on inventory and your address to get your order to you faster."FAQ page, updated to "...(EU, international) based on..."Products were shipped out of China, once ordered, to US Customer. Return address, for refunds, is: ST Partner, Beukenhof 10, 4462EN GOES, The Netherlands. Plan for expensive return shipping costs, on the customer, restocking fees, surcharges, and long delays. Sizes are European. Important consideration. Customers will need to order a size up (stated on website). Expect narrow/tapper legs compared to similar US-sized tactical or hunting products. Jacket(s), sized up S --> M or M --> L, allow enough room for thin undershirt or mid-weight layer.1-star given due to misleading company profile, misleading FAQ page, and non-existent US return options (return shipping to EU) at customer expense.

Great product

I ordered one size to small and asked to return and they saved me by not having to return anything and sent me a size up for shipping cost that was all. So I have 2 outfits now for the price of one and they are extremely warm and light. Their customer service was top notch. They are very reactive and seem to aim making the customer happy. Plus everything seemed to be made well.

Don’t Order Here

Would not order from here again. Ordered a size large, which is my normal size in everything hunting gear. This fits more like a medium. Jacket too snug. However the pants were too large and require a belt. I am a 32 inch waist and these fit like a 34 inch waist. The camo print has more “pink hues”, not to my liking. The return process involves choices, one of which you can pay $34 to have a new size sent.Doesn’t make sense. Will not order here again.

Do not do business with this company. They tried to bully in you to taking a 35% refund on a $300 order. They’re crooked. Save your money. Save yourself the hassle.

Customer service is still alive!

I mistakenly ordered an XL jacket and found it to be a bit too confining when worn over a base layer. I contacted Stonewall, they are sending me an XXL for just the cost of shipping and I can keep the original. The customer service team and policies are top notch. The gear is very warm, and with the proper fitting jacket the set is very comfortable, and VERY well made. I'll donate the XL to the needy as Chicago winters get a bit cool.

The clothing is too small. There is no satisfaction guarantee. No matter what, you are charged for the mistake of ordering from them. Based on the prices, I would've expected a much higher quality garment.

Best Customer Service

When our package finally arrive, it took quite a while because of the holidays, it wasn’t what we expected due to the new coloring of the camo my husband picked. I email customer support about the shipping issue and Eric emailed me back in about an hour. I had to email him back once we got the package due to the fact that my husband couldn’t wear the gear due to it being too small, even though we bought 1 size larger than his normal size. Eric emailed me back and was very informative about the color change and how the gear should fit. I was very impressed with the way this situation was handled and the very transparency that we were given and options to help rectify the situation. I would give Eric 100 stars if I could! Best experience with customer service representative I have had.
