I provided the required 28 days' notice to vacate from December 18th to January 8th, 2026. However, I received a letter stating my termination would be effective from December 3rd, coinciding with my rent due date. Had I given just two weeks' notice, I would have faced an additional week of rent. It’s challenging for me to clear out and pack due to my health issues, including osteoarthritis and scoliosis, at the age of 73. Is there a contact number for assistance?
