Initially, my mother reported it as a blocked sink pipe, and they quoted $100 for the repair, which was completely inaccurate since I was present. On the second call, a representative came out and stated it wasn't a sink issue but a drainage problem, and he could do nothing. Later, when my mother called again, they claimed a sink blockage had been reported twice, which is untrue. My parents pay sewer charges, so where is that money going if they refuse to address the issue? The local sewer system has been deemed inadequate for years, and this service is incredibly frustrating.
