What is very clear from these 5*reviews, is the fact that a lot of stonewaters resources are being put into getting new tenants into homes, that's great. BUT, The problem is a great number of stonewater tenants are leaving because thair sick and tired of this housing association. One I quote" I would sooner live on the street than be a stonewater tenant. " And that's it in a nutshell. So can I ask any new tenants please do not respond to the so called stonewater kindness and do a review, until you have been in your accommodation for 6months.Becuse you can not realistically do a 5* review about stonewater, becuse its based on inflated egos.

It would be interested to know if S&P GLOBAL ARTIFICIAL intelligence arm of the company has taken in data from Stonewater tenants that are being subjected to poor service and rip off service charge contracts. Personally I think thay have no idea as to what is happening under the surface at stonewater. Maybe someone should tell them. This (A-) rating is what is used by the leading banks to give out loans against thair rented properties. But hears the problem AI is only as good as the information it's given and placed into its data base. Miss one important factor like the very people/tenants that provide the funds for stonewater, and that data is worthless. Only time will tell.
