Please give us a call or email so we can have a check of this for you" .yes it really did happen. 9 tenants in a small block of flats where going to be charged £15.00 a week for communal heating we did not have. Stonewaters own service charge department told me 3 times that this was correct and that we had to pay. But worsed of all I was told if I was not happy to seek ligal advise or go to citizens advice. I than had the trormer of meny weeks trying to sort this out. Which I did. This was actually stealing from the tenants. Just so we are clear on this I called it theft from day one, and NO ONE FROM STONEWATER ETC, REBUKED ME. how could thay.
