I recently had a parcel collected inorder for it to be returned to Plumbworld. Stop Start was outstanding from start to finish. I made telephone contact with the company prior to collection and the operator was pleasant and extremely helpful and no long waits. Later that day the driver arrived: he was a Polish gentleman and honestly he was extremely professiona, diligent, and well manneredr. Nothing was too much bother to him and he showed absolute respect for my property and the parcel he was collecting. He was a breath of fresh air unlike many British delivery/collection drivers who generally moan or show a lack of work ethic. A fantastic company to deal with and would use this company again.
