The supplier did not get the consignment to Stop Start in time for the next day delivery so it ended up being 24 hrs late, not their fault. The driver decided to reverse the 500 yards up our access, only the second one do so in 10 yrs as it saw it as his best option. Clearly a reversing expert!
In a world where it can be frustrating, time consuming and maddening dealing with the majority of companies and departments we unfortunately have to deal with, occasionally someone comes along and provides a great service wrapped in an “old time” smile and they just impress. I have had two recent occasions to deal with this organisation and they have been excellent both times. Great and accurate communications and excellent staff.
