Placed an order for delivery through Stop and Shop's app which was delivered to the wrong address. After arguing with 2 employees (including the manager) that yes, they do indeed offer delivery through their app the manager stated that it was my responsibility to contact thier outside delivery vendor to fix the issue. One he was convinced that it was in fact his responsibilty he made some phone calls resulting in me still having to handle the problem on my own. Stop and Shop's corporate offices confirmed the order went to the wrong address. 8 days later I'm still waiting for a refund. Absolute terrible company with horrible customer service that offeres no actual solution to the problem that they caused.
