Well I had one installed a year ago really tried to stay away as had seen previous reviews from US years ago. The monitor didn’t work since installation and where my bills were low they increased significantly especially when I’m only home 2 weeks in the month. SHOCKINGLY DECEIVING. I think the monitor has to be quite close to the meter bit to work and it’s not always possible in some buildings. You can’t get your money back once bills come and there is no way us as customers can check, only by what we previously paid.It’s a big con, tried to go but they wouldn’t allow me to I wouldn’t recommend it at all systems better. You cannot trust those metres.
