I had my belongings in storage for about 3-4 months during my house move. There were no problems with the vault; it was dry and secure. My only suggestion is that if I were to do it again, I would choose a ground floor vault, even if it meant booking two, as the second floor units were larger. Moving heavy furniture up and down the lifts was quite inconvenient, but this was due to my items, not the service.
