I stored my belongings for about 3-4 months during my relocation. The vault was secure and dry, and I had no issues. If I were to do it again, I would prefer a ground floor vault, even if it meant reserving two, since the second-floor options were larger. Moving heavy furniture up and down the lifts was quite inconvenient, but this was related to my items, not the service itself.
