Ordered a cartridge for my Canon printer a month ago. Received an email the following day to say the cartridge had been shipped, and it has never been received. Emailed Canon and no reply. Just tried to call them and was on hold for 30 minutes, only to be cut off. Disgraceful 'customer service' and will use another cartridge provider from now on.
