Order never delivered and no information providedI placed order BLM912233 on November 28th, and to this day I have not received it, nor have I been given any clear information or solution.I have contacted customer support several times, as well as GLS directly, and all of these attempts were unsuccessful. No one has been able to provide a clear explanation of what happened to my order, and the tracking number provided does not work.This order was meant to be a Christmas gift for my daughter, which makes this situation even more disappointing and frustrating.At this point, the lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I am still waiting for clear answers and a definitive resolution, whether that is the delivery of my order or a refund.I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious until this company improves its delivery process and customer support.
