Order never delivered and no information providedI placed order BLM912233 on November 28th, and to this day I have not received it, nor have I been given any clear information or solution.I have contacted customer support several times, as well as GLS directly, and all of these attempts were unsuccessful. No one has been able to provide a clear explanation of what happened to my order, and the tracking number provided does not work.This order was meant to be a Christmas gift for my daughter, which makes this situation even more disappointing and frustrating.At this point, the lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I am still waiting for clear answers and a definitive resolution, whether that is the delivery of my order or a refund.I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious until this company improves its delivery process and customer support.
I’m only giving one star because I can’t give zero. Bought two Barca shirts at Barcelona airport for a total of €250. One was too small for my son when I got home to Ireland. Barcelona FCs answer was to return to store… No help whatsoever. More than a club?
Shocking service to anyone who reads this DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.. Terrible customer service,costly postage and just as costly return postage. If you return anything it'll probably cost you more in postage than the item you purchased. Getting a refund is a bit of a joke after paying £19 postage no refund although the website states 7 days (maybe 7 Spanish days)Manana..😴
I am so pleased with my purchase and experience. I bought a Yamal mystery nr shirt for my nephew and it was shipped the same day his new number was revealed. It looks amazing and the print, and especially badge, is of excellent quality. I've had a lot of contact with customer service because I wanted to cancel a duplicate order and they've been very nice and helpful. With import fees and shipping it was a lot more expensive than ordering from a Norwegian soccer store but it was definitely worth it for the UCL badge and overall experience.
