Naively it now seems…I ordered a goalkeeper shirt for my son, paid £20 for express delivery, for delivery in time for Christmas. There’s been no update, no reply to emails, absolutely nothing. Shocking customer service when you not only pay £80 for the shirt in the first place, but then £20 for express delivery. Thank you for ruining my 8 year olds Christmas.
