Extremely disappointing level of customer service. Like many others I ordered a personalised strip for my son on 1st December naively expecting it would be delivered before Christmas. I have received no update, have had no reply to emails & can’t get through to anyone on the phone. Having purchased directly from many clubs over the years with no issue this is by far the worst level of service I have experienced & I would never have expected this from such a brand. I’ll never shop with them again.
