I ordered shoes from Feelmax which were shown as “in stock” on their website. In reality, they were not, and my order was delayed for nearly two weeks.Before shipment, I clearly requested a cancellation and refund. My request was ignored, and the company sent the order anyway – without my consent. Since then, they have refused to respond properly, and their replies are generic and anonymous, without any responsible contact person.This is a clear breach of EU consumer law and I have now filed/initiated a complaint with the European Consumer Centre (ECC).Future customers should be aware: misleading stock information, extremely poor communication, and refusal to respect basic consumer rights.
