Review Time
The shoes are excellent. I ordered two pairs of child footwear from them a few years ago, and there were no problems. This time I ordered the same models but a couple of sizes larger as my child had grown, obviously. The shoes arrived in a timely fashion (albeit in beat up packages), but it turns out that one of the pairs was size 26 instead of 29 as I had ordered.
I opened a support ticket on their website, expecting that this situation would get resolved promptly. Time went on and there was no response. I opened another ticket, for which the result was no different. I tried to get assistance via paypal, but sadly I had waited too long for FeelMax customer support. So, I had to buy other boots for my child this winter. At least I was able gift the FeelMax ones away.
A huge pity, because as I said the shoes themselves are excellent, especially for children with wider feet.
Yeah... I just spend over 2 months trying to return shoes (they where send back the first time I returned them) and getting my money back. I called with them 6 times, send lot's of emails and even texted with them. They made so many excuses: moving warehouses, posti didn't leave the package at their door like they usually do (excuse me? You moved so different mailperson), their phone operator was sick, I used a creditcard (I didn't) so it takes longer to refund, it was to long since the order so we can't acces your payment information....The second time I send them back, I had to track the package myself and call them to ask why it was sitting at the postoffice for a week. They were once again shocked it wasn't left at the door. Had to email them the pickup information and location which is ridiculous. I used their return code which has email and a phone number they get notifications on so once again they failed miserably. After that I still had to email and call multiple times. The last email I gave them 24 hours to refund or I would seek recompense. Low and behold they money was there faster than you can read my rant here (today November 4th 2025). I returned them the first time august 26th 2025Ridiculous! Never ever order shoes there!

I ordered shoes from Feelmax which were shown as “in stock” on their website. In reality, they were not, and my order was delayed for nearly two weeks.Before shipment, I clearly requested a cancellation and refund. My request was ignored, and the company sent the order anyway – without my consent. Since then, they have refused to respond properly, and their replies are generic and anonymous, without any responsible contact person.This is a clear breach of EU consumer law and I have now filed/initiated a complaint with the European Consumer Centre (ECC).Future customers should be aware: misleading stock information, extremely poor communication, and refusal to respect basic consumer rights.
I havent recieved the shoes after 2 months. After multiple emails, they said that somehow the order had failed to show up in their system and my emails landed in spam folder. This was the 6th of august, they said they would send them the week after but no update since then, thats almost 3 weeks ago. No replies on emails that I sent afterwards since I have moved from the location that I originally wrote they would send it to.Very frustrating and very strange and scam feeling over the whole thing.No idea what kind of business this is.
Dont!! Never again…. I ordered 2 pair of shoes. After a week i was checking the trackinginformations and saw that ups send them back to sender. Why they did that … i dont know. after that i was reaching out to feelmax but didnt get any response from them for weeks! I think i never will see my money ore the shoes. Update: Done!! I got all my money back — even the shipping costs, since I wasn’t responsible for the return. How did I manage that? I really got on the company’s nerves.At first, I sent lots of emails to every Feelmax address I could find. Then I wrote a review on Trustpilot (I recommend this to all buyers who have problems with the company). I also posted messages on Feelmax’s Facebook and Instagram accounts.When, after a few weeks, there was still no response, I wrote even more on their social media channels. Then I looked more closely at the company’s imprint and found out who the CEO was and what other companies he owned. I flooded all his social media accounts with messages ( also the private ones ) — and finally, he got back to me. After 12 weeks!He told me that all my emails had ended up in the spam folder and that the company was moving, making things difficult… blah blah blah. I told him I wanted my money, not excuses. He finally gave me my money back.
I've been waiting for a refund of over 150 euros from Feelmax Oy Ltd for four months (return parcel arrived at their company on Nov 25, 2024). I sent +- monthly reminders, after finding out the telephone numbers on their website do no longer exist. Only received reaction after trying various e-mail addresses. At first, they replied with the excuse of their company move, but since the end of 2024, they have fully ghosted me. Edit: after multiple messages on several platforms, Feelmax have replied and issued the refund.
