Dont!! Never again…. I ordered 2 pair of shoes. After a week i was checking the trackinginformations and saw that ups send them back to sender. Why they did that … i dont know. after that i was reaching out to feelmax but didnt get any response from them for weeks! I think i never will see my money ore the shoes. Update: Done!! I got all my money back — even the shipping costs, since I wasn’t responsible for the return. How did I manage that? I really got on the company’s nerves.At first, I sent lots of emails to every Feelmax address I could find. Then I wrote a review on Trustpilot (I recommend this to all buyers who have problems with the company). I also posted messages on Feelmax’s Facebook and Instagram accounts.When, after a few weeks, there was still no response, I wrote even more on their social media channels. Then I looked more closely at the company’s imprint and found out who the CEO was and what other companies he owned. I flooded all his social media accounts with messages ( also the private ones ) — and finally, he got back to me. After 12 weeks!He told me that all my emails had ended up in the spam folder and that the company was moving, making things difficult… blah blah blah. I told him I wanted my money, not excuses. He finally gave me my money back.
