One star removed because I had a terrible experience with the PRODUCT (the Note X10) but i had an AMAZING experience with customer service.During my return of the Note X10 there were several issues and delays due to the postal service we used, but Grace in the customer care team was absolutely incredible. She so dedicated to helping me get my refund and ensure that I was never forgotten or lost in the system through this process, which Im extremely grateful for! It dragged out so much longer than it should have, really, and she never made me feel pressured to make things move faster, and she never made me feel like anything that happened was my fault. Im sure that seems normal but not every company or representative does such a wonderful job at it! Even though we've only communicated via email, its been a pleasure to have worked through this with her, and i think her patience, compassion, and attention to detail should be commended.Thank you, Grace!PS; Just get an XP-Pen
