MY tablet had a hardware issue (kamvas slate 11) where it stopped reacting to touch and pen. I was really worried as I had only just gotten the tablet 3 months prior- but when I reached out they helped me quickly and kindly :) you only pay shipping to have the tablet replaced and it arrived within a few days. The customer support person i was with was very kind and I could tell they genuinely cared and read what I wrote. Very sweet company :)

I've been attempting to return my unopened parcel after mistakenly ordering the wrong item, and I'm still waiting a week later for an address to send it back for a refund. The support team hasn't responded to me, which I find disappointing, and I certainly wouldn't recommend shopping with this company.
I bought a tablet that turned out not to be what I was looking for. However, the communication throughout the return process was EXCEPTIONAL. I was treated with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. While I wish there hadn't been a restock fee and return shipping cost, I understand why those policies are in place. Overall, it was a very positive return experience.
One star removed because I had a terrible experience with the PRODUCT (the Note X10) but i had an AMAZING experience with customer service.During my return of the Note X10 there were several issues and delays due to the postal service we used, but Grace in the customer care team was absolutely incredible. She so dedicated to helping me get my refund and ensure that I was never forgotten or lost in the system through this process, which Im extremely grateful for! It dragged out so much longer than it should have, really, and she never made me feel pressured to make things move faster, and she never made me feel like anything that happened was my fault. Im sure that seems normal but not every company or representative does such a wonderful job at it! Even though we've only communicated via email, its been a pleasure to have worked through this with her, and i think her patience, compassion, and attention to detail should be commended.Thank you, Grace!PS; Just get an XP-Pen
Honestly if I could go back in time to tell myself to never buy from Huion, I would.I sunk hundreds of dollars into an Huion art tablet and waited eagerly to use it, only for it to never arrive. I contacted them and it literally took them 2 weeks to get back to me. When they finally did contact me they just reiterated the stuff I already told them. Over the past month I tried to work with them to see if I could actually get what I paid for, but it’s been the same bad customer service messages that keep telling me stuff I’ve already told them.I’m a first-time customer and I want to spend money on Huion. I want to give them money, but only if I actually get their products. I’ve had much better experiences with companies like XP-Pen, which have lower prices and better customer service. Whether you want to buy their product as a gift or for yourself, don’t. Huion just seems like a big scam. TL;DR - Don’t waste your money on Hunion. Dropped hundreds on their product only for it to never arrive with no help from customer support. It’s super scammy.
