Over the two years I've owned the Inmotion RS, I've encountered numerous problems. The helpdesk was always easy to reach and always provided a suitable solution. I haven't had any problems in the last six months. Last week, I had an update issue (the screen remained black, but the scooter still worked perfectly). This problem, as always, was quickly resolved with a new system update. I think the new version of RS is definitely worth considering; it seems to me that all the teething problems have been ironed out.
