Review Time
We got the climber as a Christmas gift for our son, and he was thrilled. I was looking for something built sturdy. Didn't want any speed wobbles or shoddy craftsmanship, and someone directed me to the climber. So far with ~100 miles on it already, it's been great. I've tested it a few times, and have no worries about it's build quality (And I'm a picky mountain bike rider). The app works well, it has plenty of power (too much for him on the high setting, so we keep it on low until he's ready), and it feels like something that could last him into college since the battery system has a BMS. Great job to the Inmotion team for this build. I rarely write reviews, but you all earned it. Keep it up!

I am more than satisfied with the product, for the money I paid, the product offers very high performance. I live in a country where there are many hills that I can overcome without any problems. The product has great autonomy.
Over the two years I've owned the Inmotion RS, I've encountered numerous problems. The helpdesk was always easy to reach and always provided a suitable solution. I haven't had any problems in the last six months. Last week, I had an update issue (the screen remained black, but the scooter still worked perfectly). This problem, as always, was quickly resolved with a new system update. I think the new version of RS is definitely worth considering; it seems to me that all the teething problems have been ironed out.
You guys responded and followed up quickly in helping me rebalance my V12. After having a flat and changing the inner tube, the wheel wasn't balancing. John guided me through a process, first on the phone, then via Email. He was very fast in responding. His guidance was spot on and my V12 is back to normal. Thank you.
I bought a inmotion v11 used and because I'm a new rider and old, I was having trouble learning to ride. So, I bought a inmotion e20. It's a great little wheel and fun too! It's not super expensive so I'm not worried about damage to it while I learn. I recently crashed and the e20 took a tumble and the trolley handle broke. I contacted inmotion and they immediately responded. I'm very impressed with the wheel and the customer service.
I was very lucky to find this company, which sells high-quality Inmotion scooters and provides support like no other.
