Received confirmation of order but the amount did not show up as pending in my account so I waited until the latest date of the delivery window checked to see if the amount had been taken out which there was still no transaction showing for that order, so I re ordered knowing it hadn’t arrived and I wasn’t charged that order did show up as pending so I knew it had gone through ok, The next day the first order arrived having no confirmation before the delivery off the courier, the money was then showing as being taken out, I received the second order in which I returned and then was notified I’d lose my £6+ express delivery charge and have a £6 return charge taken off my refund, only order of here if absolutely necessary
