Poor quality items for a huge price.
Bought my son a Fernandes jersey for his birthday last August and had it shipped to us in AUS. Paid $255 AUD. It has been washed according to the care instructions but the front snapdragon branding and logo has half peeled off as the glue/heat press does not seem to be done well, no issues with the other heat pressed numbers and writing. Customer service basically says too bad so sad.
Not worth the price to buy genuine product from their store, just buy cheaper elsewhere since the quality is so bad.
Also they make it impossible to contact anyone about anything at all to do with their store/products.
recently purchased some merchandise clothing and I’m really happy with the service. The ordering process was quick and easy, and my order was dispatched and delivered on time. Everything arrived well packed and in good condition. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would be happy to order from them again. 😊
The vintage jacket arrived with a misaligned badge, which was especially disappointing as it was a Christmas gift my grandson wanted. I had to rush to find a replacement on Christmas Eve. The store's staff were apologetic but couldn't help since they operate separately. I'm shocked they can sell items under the club's name given the negative feedback. The quality was poor, and customer service was lacking. I suggest looking for a less expensive option from non-official sellers.
Outstanding service experience. I placed several orders with the company before and after Christmas, and each transaction was smooth, hassle-free, and straightforward from beginning to end, whether using the website or the app. The pricing was fair and discounted, items arrived on time or earlier than expected, and I have no complaints.
I placed an order on November 29 as a Christmas gift, and it still hasn't arrived. I can't reach anyone, as I keep being redirected to automated responses. This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered, and it has left a child disappointed without their Christmas present!
I ordered on December 29, 2025, and my order remains untouched. In contrast, I ordered a jersey on the same day and received it by January 3, 2025. The difference is shocking. Everything associated with this club seems to be in disarray. A complete overhaul is needed to resolve these issues.
I ordered two mini kits for Christmas on December 5, and on the 19th, I was refunded for one but have yet to receive the other. The tracking feature on the site isn't working, so I have no idea where it is. I had to reorder the refunded kit at a higher price. The level of service from this site is appalling, and customers are paying a premium for these products.
I bought a training top for my grandson, but he received two identical ones. I wanted to exchange it, but exchanges aren't available, and there's a £6 return fee deducted from the original cost! I won't be ordering from this store again!
