The “Help” page is next to useless, with nothing that actually solves real problems. There’s no contact number for the store, and the email address they advertise doesn’t even accept incoming emails, so you’re completely stuck. For a club of Manchester United’s size, the online shopping experience is embarrassingly poor and shows zero respect for paying supporters.
