I should have known better than to give this store another chance. I stopped buying shirts from them a few years ago as they never turned up and getting a refund was impossible.I just ordered the 25/26 Authentic player version shirt with the premier league badges and these idiots put the youth badges on the L sized adult shirt. They couldn’t even get that right , not to mention the badge was not ironed on straight. I have messaged customer services who are no longer available on the phone conveniently and after an awful lot of e-mails to them they just keep saying they have escalated it to the other relevant department.Now they are just ignoring all of my e- mails.They only reply when they want to as long as it’s encouraging you to buy or you’re praising them. Anything wrong with the product don’t expect any help.I have now got a shirt that is unwearable and cost £130 which I have now lost.I’m going to have to buy another shirt from Adidas and get the badges put on separate as I should’ve done in the first place. 37 years supporting this club and the store is just as bad as the whinging players, the falling apart stadium and Ineos and the glazers. Utd store should be ashamed of the way they treat their customers and shut down by trading standards for their extremely poor customer service and lack of integrity to the fans. Never again.
