I purchased two MiniPCs - a UN100P and a UM760 slim barebones. The UN100P has been running smoothly without any issues. Although I faced some problems with the UM760 slim after a few weeks, the support team was exceptional. They were friendly, prompt, and very helpful, sending out a replacement that is now functioning perfectly.
