We built a three-node cluster using three MS-01 workstations. After deployment, we began experiencing system crashes every few days.

While researching possible causes, we discovered reports indicating that a specific Intel chip used in certain production batches was known to have stability issues. We contacted Minisforum to explain the situation and the behavior we were seeing.

Because this cluster supports critical infrastructure, we could not risk extended downtime. Therefore, we decided to replace one node at a time to maintain service continuity while troubleshooting the issue.

Thanks to the excellent support and service from Minisforum, we replaced two of the three nodes. Since completing the replacements, we have experienced 100% uptime with no further crashes.

We truly appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism of the Minisforum team throughout this process.

I ordered a device from this store, but after more than a week, the package still had not been shipped and there was no clear shipping update.

Due to the delay and the uncertainty regarding delivery, I decided to cancel the order. The cancellation itself was processed, but the overall experience was disappointing.

I understand that delays can happen, but better communication and more realistic shipping timelines would have been appreciated.

I purchased a refurbished G7 Ti at a listed price, received order confirmation, and was charged. A few hours later the order was canceled and fully refunded with the explanation that the unit “did not meet condition standards.”
The refund was prompt, but the cancellation felt more like a pricing or stock issue than an actual inspection failure. Based on other reports, this seems to be a recurring pattern with Minisforum refurb listings.
Just sharing this so buyers know that refurb orders may not always be honored even after confirmation.

Rachel has been helping with my order problems. Rachel has been quick to respond each time I have needed to get in touch. I ordered a pc but did not realise I had ordered the bare bones model, there was a delay because of Christmas holidays so getting it exchanged in time was a no go. Rachel guided me through the return and refund process every step of the way for which I am truly grateful. I do own a Minisforum pc and have never had a problem with it. The one I ordered was a Christmas present for my Granddaughter. I am happy to recommend not only Minisforum as a manufacturer to buy from but also I wish Rachel to be recognised for the help I have received and I am sure anyone else with a problem will be helped in the same way.

I had a malfunctioning keyboard so I contacted the support. And even though at the time it was bough

I had a malfunctioning keyboard so I contacted the support. And even though at the time it was bought the advertised warranty was 2 years, Minisforum discontinued this product and changed the warranty unilaterally to 1 year.

However when I pointed it out, the support instantly accepted to send me a new functioning unit. Even considering the changed warranty duration.

5/5 for the support as a whole
5/5 for the duration of the process (it took ~48h to sort the technical problem and them sending the replacement keyboard, even though this was a kinda unusual situation)

1/5 for overall warranty policies

Excellent Experience with MiniPCs

I purchased two MiniPCs - a UN100P and a UM760 slim barebones. The UN100P has been running smoothly without any issues. Although I faced some problems with the UM760 slim after a few weeks, the support team was exceptional. They were friendly, prompt, and very helpful, sending out a replacement that is now functioning perfectly. The support team followed up at every stage to ensure everything was alright, and their dedication is truly appreciated!

I purchased my first mini PC from this seller and had a fantastic experience. Shipping and delivery were dependable, everything arrived as scheduled, and the device has been functioning flawlessly.
