I have the Elitemini X500 computer and the fan went out on it. I tried to reach out to support via email twice and never got a response. I tried to call them and it just tells you to email them. I found the store email and tried to reach out for a replacement fan but it was immediately clear from the first response that they had no intention of helping me get a replacement. I was thinking of getting a third party cpu cooler to replace the stock one but they have a proprietary setup so nothing will work. Instead of helping me to replace a $20.00 part they tried to get me to purchase a brand new machine. This is a terrible way to do business. I have bought a new computer from one of their competitors while I try to get this one back up and running. I will never purchase from this company again and I will make sure my business, family and friends do not purchase from them either.
