The Minisforum MS-S1 is my second product from Minisforum, and the first one is still going strong, but I required an upgrade. The product came on time and was very easy to set up, and over the two days that it’s been in use, I am delighted.
What I want to point out has been pointed out numerous times on these reviews- the customer service from order to delivery is outstanding. In my case, I wanted to know how current global events might affect my shipment from Hong Kong to the UK. Rachel, in customer services was the only person I spoke to over many days, and the reply was always specific, professional, polite and helpful. Having the same person as a point of contact and email replies that were always quick was the ‘clincher’ in whether I felt secure enough to put in an order or not. Rachel’s advice and knowledge gave me the confidence to put in the order, and she was serving my interests first.
The shipment tracking that followed was equally seamless and helpful, and my shipment arrived on time. The agent who handed it over to me was polite and professional too and I received my package is great condition.
