I did receive a confirmation email and the money went out of my account the next day. I received a tracking number which isn't recognised by the courier and no-one from Moleskine responds back. The only way of contacting them is by an online enquiry form. Absolutely shocking customer service. One week on and my order obviously hasn't even been despatched and likely never will be. I've accepted I've lost my money but next time will read the reviews first.
