I placed an order on the 24th of November, but it never arrived. The tracking indicates it wasn't delivered, yet the company insists it has been. They have not processed my refund. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Even if you like the products, the delivery experience will leave you frustrated and you'll never want to use them again. Don’t be misled by the product quality; this online store is a complete disappointment. I have been waiting over three weeks for items I already paid for.
This company is a complete scam. I ordered a personalized notebook for £140, which arrived unpersonalized. After navigating a complicated return process within 14 days, costing me an additional £30, I still haven't received a refund. I've spent £170 in total. They do not respond to emails and fail to call back as promised. It's a distressing experience, especially since the notebook was meant to be a special gift. I hope they do the right thing and refund my money.

Although my tracking wasn’t updating, the customer team clarified that orders are shipped from Italy. The notebook quality is excellent, and the charms are high quality and easy to assemble.
